We provide full-service of tooling and molding focusing on small to midsize precision parts and components. We are the molding company that has a monthly production manufacturing capacity of 50-60 molds with sizes up to 8500 x 1000 x 8500mm. We have 51 tooling machines and 63 in-house plastic injection molding machines with a capacity of 60 to 700 tons. These machines can make parts that weigh up to 3000 g.
We are capable of building complex molds up to 30 tons and precise molds with tolerances as tight as 0.01mm. We have after-sale service centers in Canada and Mexico to handle engineering changes or some unexpected mold issues. Besides, we offer fast and easy engagement, with consultancy from the start by engineers and project managers with an average of 10+ years of experience.
